However, I would not relate it to any vendor out there. Quite a few vendors have things in stock. Those that do not tend to order things that are in stock elsewhere. If the stock is out or running low, the manufacturer (or supporting vendor) should put out a notice if they are responsible. This case was slightly different because funds were collected knowing that the parts were not yet available. In the end, you placed your trust in someone else and forced your customers to do the same. Did you make it well known that they were not available up front when you collected the money? Again, I never saw the initial advertisement. If not, this should have been disclosed as this alone may have swayed a person's decision to shell out the cash at that point in time. If they were made aware up front, the customer has to at least take partial responsibility in the matter since they too placed their trust in a 3rd party.

I don't see what everyone is so worried about anyway. If someone else wants to perform a modification that you believe will destroy the value, cheapen the Z32 or whatever you can't sit on your hands about, wouldn't that make your tastefully-modified, white bread Z32 more rare and valuable? -- BradZ (FL) on December 23, 2007 at 12:19 PM The unicorn gets its revenge... -- Scotts94z32 on September 19, 2006 at 11:12 AM CLICK FOR DETAILS ABOUT BUYING A ZAMA POSTER!!!!
